Things You Need to Know

We founded D'Signed By Kay Concepts Group with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals to loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look!

Cancellations & Changes

Our goal at D’Signed By Kay Concepts is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Gifts are immediately prepared after orders are confirmed and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours of the order date.

Policy on cut Roses and Fruits


Given the sensitivity of these items:
Roses are cut immediately after confirmation of your order and cannot be changed or cancelled.


Orders containing fruits or vegetables cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.

​

Gifts containing Roses and Fruits must be collected or delivered once the package is ready.

A daily cold storage fee of $300.00 is applied to gifts that are not collected during the allotted time frame.

Returns and Refunds

ALL sales are FINAL, However, sometimes unforeseeable issues arise so returns and refunds on gifts are carefully examined on a special case-by-case basis.
