Be Focused!!Your Future Depends on It!!

"Our focus is our future and what we focus on will multiply in our lives," -David Denotaris. 

While trodding along the path of life in the direction of our future, obstacles come to delay and blockages come to stop us.  Mathew 14, a very familiar passage tells about peter walking on water. The tempest was raging round about him, but yet still he took a leap of faith to follow Jesus.

He was actually walking on water!  As long as he kept his eyes focused, he kept doing the impossible (walking on water)But then a mighty wind came and he got distracted,he shifted his eyes from Jesus and immediately he started to sink.  So too in life, we have to remain focused on Jesus and on the things we set out to accomplish. 

With each goal we set, we can achieve it, once it is aligned to the will of God. If only we keep our eyes on the ultimate prize.  Yes, discouragements will come, even failure too, but the moment you shift your focus from the prize ahead, you begin to sink. 

My encouragement to you is to remain focused. Continue to press towards your future. 

Starve your distractions, Feed your focus, your future depends on it.
